In this week, we get crystal clear on why the diet industry has left you feeling like you're on a rollercoaster of motivational highs and lows and believe you can't trust yourself. Then we go through the step by step guide on how to break through those limitations so you can get out of self sabotaging loops and into a place of empowerment with your health.
Week 2: Designing Your Path to Lifelong Motivation
In the second week, we get to play in the world of inspiration! Most people know exactly what they don't want, but have trouble getting clear on what is possible. So, they keep getting what they don't want! We get clear on what your deepest desires are and then use our formula to craft motivation that is stronger than wavering willpower.
Week 3: From Fearing and Self Shaming to Leveraging Self Love as Your Most Powerful Tool For Transformation
In the third week, we shed the fear and self shaming and learn how to cultivate self love and strong relationship to yourself. This will set you up to be able to the deeper self - exploration.
Week 4: What Diets are Missing: How to Work With Your Mind, Body, and Food Cravings
In the fourth week, we peel back the deeper layers to understanding YOU! First, we reveal how the mind works to create your own limiting beliefs. Then, we explore why you haven't been able to trust your body to guide your eating. And finally, we address the 4 core causes of food cravings so you can begin your path to healing your relationship to food.

I became a dietitian because I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and helping people feel their best. But here’s the thing: even with all my training, I found myself struggling too. I felt stuck, like something was missing in the way I approached food and health.
That’s when I started digging deeper—researching, self-studying, and honestly, rethinking everything I thought I knew. What I realized was life-changing: health isn’t just about what you eat. It’s about the relationship you have with yourself and your body.
That realization inspired me to develop science-based strategies to help others find that same connection.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach these ideas at universities, global conferences, and some of the world’s leading health centers. And now, I’m in the process of training other coaches and practitioners in a certification program to make profound changes in the health industry.
It’s been a journey, but I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned and see how it transforms the way we approach health.

Nope. We just give you skills and strategies that allow you to feel like you are in choice over those foods. You can eat them or skip them. Our goal is to give you your power back. If you’ve been struggling with binge eating or food addiction, we do not ask or require that you stop your behaviors nor do we go head to head with them. We share our proven methods that often allow cravings to naturally settle on their own - without fighting them. We unconditionally support you, wherever you are on your journey.
We get it. If you’ve been dieting and sabotaging for many years (maybe even most of your life) it can feel really discouraging to sign up for or even invest in something again. This program is not a diet plan or program that you can fail. It is a self-discovery experience. Our students find that from this experience they have more self trust, compassion, and understanding for why their body had always been out of control with food. Many share that this class finally gave them a new hope for possibilities in ways that traditional dieting never did.
Most people have the fear that if they take a class that teaches them how to love themselves then they won’t end up being motivated to change and get healthy. What we have found is that self shaming keeps people stuck where they are and when they love themselves, they naturally take on healthier habits and treat their bodies better.
You might! We don’t promise any one outcome but many of our students find that when they love their bodies and trust themselves around food, weight loss also tends to follow.
