Nourish your body · Heal your patterns with food · Love yourself to better health

IF YOU'RE HERE...

You’re ready for a different way to be healthy.

You've probably already proven to yourself that you can follow a plan. You can cut out sugar, track your food, follow the rules.

But you don't want to spend the rest of your life feeling restricted, losing it, and then starting over.

You're ready for more than just following rules.

You're ready to stop starting over.

To stop feeling like one craving has the power to completely throw your day off course.

To not let food completely take up your mental space.

You’re ready to feel free.

To take care of yourself because you want to, not because you're forcing yourself to.

To trust that one dinner, one vacation, or a holiday isn't going to undo everything. You’re ready for taking care of yourself to stop feeling like something you’re always trying to do...

and start feeling like who you are.

Because being healthy shouldn’t feel like a battle with yourself.

WHAT NO ONE TELLS YOU...

Starting over is exhausting.

You might genuinely want to take care of yourself.

So you make a plan. You promise yourself this time will be different.

And for a while, maybe it is.

Until life gets busy. You’re exhausted. A craving hits. You eat more than you planned.

And suddenly it feels like you're right back where you started.

So you try again.

More motivation... stricter food rules.. and another promise to yourself.

But somewhere along the way, being healthy started to feel like something you had to force and fight yourself to do.

And it’s defeating to try this hard... only to feel like year after year, nothing really changes.

You don’t need more discipline. You need a different way.

THE REASON YOU'VE FELT STUCK ...

No one has taught you to listen to yourself.

You've been told the way to eat your whole life.

When to eat.
How much to eat.
What to cut out.
What's “good” and what's “bad.”

You got really good at trying to do what is "right."

But no one ever taught you how to understand what's happening inside of you.

How do I know when I'm actually hungry?

Why do I want to keep eating when I know I'm full?

What is this craving actually trying to tell me?

What do I need right now?

And when you don't know how to answer those questions, of course it feels hard to know what is right for you.

You were taught how to follow a rule.

You were never taught how to listen to yourself.

What if taking care of yourself could come from trust instead of control?

THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.

Imagine taking care of your body without having to fight yourself through it.

You wake up on Monday and there's nothing to “get back on track” with.

You eat when you’re hungry. You know when you’ve had enough. You can enjoy something you love without worrying it will turn into a week of starting over.

A craving doesn’t scare you anymore. You know how to understand what’s underneath it and what you actually need.

You go on vacation. You celebrate. You have stressful days. And none of it makes you feel like you’ve ruined everything.

Food starts taking up less space in your mind.

You start choosing foods that make you feel good, not because you’re forcing yourself to, but because you genuinely want to care for your body.

And little by little, something bigger changes.

Being healthy stops feeling like something you’re trying to do.

It starts feeling like who you are.

AND YES...

This kind of change is possible.

I'm finally not at war with food. After 30 years of struggle, that's huge."

However, as I progressed, the light bulb came on.

I have changed my perspective, my awareness, and have so much more peace with food. I'm finally not at war. After 30 years of struggle - that's huge.

I am exceedingly grateful to Gina for her wisdom and support. She has lots of knowledge built on science and experience during her journey.

Thank you for sharing it all with me.

When I had my first conversation with Gina I was at an ultimate low in my life and so ready for something to change.

Gina assured me to trust the process and it was so clear she believed in me from the start. I didn't know what I just had got myself into, but my intuition felt excited.

The next few weeks CHANGED my life. I have had more personal growth during this amazing program than I had in my entire 20's.

Have lost 25 pounds and gained self respect and self love that just fills up my entire heart. And nothing was forced, it came completely natural by leaning in and trusting the process.

THIS IS

MASTERING MINDFULNESS™

MASTERING MINDFULNESS™

A different way to create lasting health.

Mastering Mindfulness™ teaches you how to pause, listen to what’s happening within you, and decide how you want to respond. So being healthy can start to feel like a way you live, not something you have to fight yourself to do.

We're going to slow things down enough for you to understand what your body has been trying to tell you.

You'll practice meeting cravings differently, nourishing yourself consistently, and caring for yourself from a place of connection.

Little by little, something starts to change. You begin to feel more steady with food. More connected to your body. More confident in how you care for yourself. And over time, being healthy starts to feel less like something you're trying to make yourself do... and more like a natural part of who you are.

Your 12-Week Journey

Over 12 weeks, you'll build the skills to understand yourself, listen to your body, and begin taking care of yourself in a whole new way.

Phase One

Break the Patterns Keeping You Stuck

You start seeing what's actually happening in the moments you give in to a craving, eat past fullness, or find yourself starting over.

Instead of judging yourself or trying harder, you begin understanding the patterns that have been running the show.

The Shift

I finally understand why I keep doing this.

Phase Two

Understand What Your Body Is Telling You

Hunger. Fullness. Satisfaction. Stress. Emotions. Cravings. You'll begin paying attention to what's happening in your body instead of immediately trying to control it.

You'll practice listening more closely, getting curious about what your body may be communicating, and making more sense of what you're experiencing.

The Shift

I know what my body is telling me.

Phase Three

Become Someone You Trust

Bring what you've learned into real life: meals, cravings, stressful days, restaurants, vacations, celebrations, and all the moments that don't go according to plan.

Instead of automatically reaching for a rule, you'll practice pausing, listening first, and then deciding how you want to care for yourself.

The Shift

I know how to care for myself.

The Mastering Mindfulness™ Method

A simple but powerful practice you'll develop - that stays with you for life.

1 Pause

Create space between what you're feeling and what you automatically do next. This is where you begin stepping out of old patterns instead of being carried by them.

2 Listen

Get curious about what's actually happening. Is this hunger? Stress? An emotion? A craving? What is your body communicating? What do you need?

This is where you learn how to find your answer.

3 Decide

Choose how you want to respond from what you learned from your body, rather than rules, urgency, guilt, or autopilot.

The practice is simple. What it changes runs deep.

Because over time, you're not just making different choices.

You're building a relationship with yourself you can trust.

The journey looks different for everyone.

But self trust changes everything.

Since the start of the program I’ve shed over 39 pounds, developed coping mechanisms for dealing with my anxiety and stress...
— Amanda

"Before starting the mastering mindfulness program with Gina, I had participated in countless weight loss programs. I worked with personal trainers, nutritionists, and dietitians.

I tried weight watchers, my fitness pal, gym memberships, and even had consultations with bariatric surgery clinics and medical weight loss programs.

Despite all of the nutrition information I was taught and all of the program options available to me, I couldn’t figure it out.

I wasn’t willing to have bariatric surgery or to live on weight loss shakes and/or pre-packaged chemical laden food through a hospital program.

Eventually I got sick of talking about food, exercise, and health in general.

I essentially gave up.

At some point, my hopelessness about my body and my health became overwhelming. I reached out to Gina and was given the opportunity to join her mastering mindfulness group. This was different than anything I had participated in before.

There were tools and processes that we went through together as a group, but somehow, at the same time the experience was very individualized allowing each of us to address differing needs and/or issues.

We integrated meditation and breathing along with access to plenty of resources. I identified patterns and traumas from the past in relationship to food and body image issues.

I was able to purge a lot of negativity that had been plaguing my thoughts and self-worth for so long.

With this program I haven’t agonized over a meal plan, food options, or portions. I did, however, become keenly aware of my choices and the impact they may have on how I feel physically. I’ve grown to look at everything as data that guides current and future decisions regarding my health journey.

I’ve given up the self-hate and punitive responses to moments of over-eating or eating something traditionally classified as “junk.” I’ve learned to keep moving because even the littlest steps will help to create big change.

I still have a long journey ahead of me, but in just over one year in the program I’ve shed over 39 pounds, developed coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety and stress that reduced reliance on medication, and realized there are basic things I can implement that have a positive effect on my energy, ability, and judgment.

In closing, working with Gina has been a life lesson in healing, self-love, and connectedness.

YOU'RE READY FOR THIS IF...

  • You’re ready to stop starting over.

  • You want to understand yourself instead of fighting yourself.

  • You want to feel calm and confident around food.

  • You want a healthy way of eating that feels sustainable.

  • You want taking care of yourself to feel like who you are.

YOU DON'T NEED...

  • Another set of rules to follow.

  • More tracking or obsessing over food.

  • More pressure to “get it right.”

  • More willpower to hold everything together.

  • Another plan you have to start over.

Hi, I'm Gina

If things have felt like a struggle, I feel you.

This was me about 9 years ago. Man, I was struggling.

I became a dietitian because I thought if I just had all the answers and knew what to do... being healthy would be easy.

But after two degrees in nutrition, I was shocked to find that I knew exactly what to do... and I still struggled.

I exercised almost every day.
Diligently tracked everything I ate.
Tried food plan after food plan.

And somehow, I was still thinking about food all the time.

Always wanting to snack. Always trying to get myself back on track again. I was exhausted from constantly starting over.

Part of me wanted to give up.

But I didn’t want to give up on myself.

Eventually, I realized I couldn't keep trying to control everything I ate and try so hard just to be healthy.

So instead of trying another plan, I started getting curious about myself.

Why am I always thinking about food?
What are my cravings actually asking for?
What happens if I stop fighting my body and start listening to it?

Little by little, I stopped obsessing about getting it right... and started understanding what I actually needed.

It changed my life.

I realized that nothing was wrong with me. I needed a deeper relationship with my body.

To know how to feel my hunger. Understand my cravings. Notice what I needed. And slowly build the confidence to make decisions without always needing something outside of me to tell me what was right. For me, that relationship with my body is still something that deepens every day.

And today, I bring together my background in nutrition with mindfulness, behavior change, and the deeper relationship we have with ourselves to help you build something I don't believe any food plan alone can give you...

The ability to trust yourself.

Before Mastering Mindfulness, the food noise was so loud in my head.

I knew in my core that the diet hamster wheel wasn't serving me, but I couldn't quite break free of it.

Every time I would get closer to accepting my body, messages from the outside would creep in.

I couldn't figure out how to balance taking care of and nourishing myself with the desire to be thinner that was leading me down unhealthy roads.

I needed to hear a voice I could trust to keep me steady moving forward but didn't realize it was my own that I needed to hear the most.

Gina turned my own questions and anxieties back towards myself so that I could finally listen to and trust my inner knowing.

Going into this program, I knew that I would be asked to reconsider how I think about food, but nothing could have prepared me for the far-reaching effects that work has had.

This program taught me how to be embodied again.

It sent me on a path that has influenced not just how I approach food, but also my relationships .

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this require a lot of time and learning?

This is less about studying and more about just experiencing it in your life.

You'll have a short lesson and practice each week to guide you, but most of the work happens in your actual life: while you're eating, noticing a craving, having a stressful day, or simply checking in with yourself.

You don't need to spend hours watching videos or doing homework. You'll be practicing what you're learning as you live your life, so little by little, it starts to become part of you.

What if I’ve tried so many things before and I’m afraid I’ll fail at this too?

That fear makes sense when everything you've tried before depended on your ability to stick with it perfectly.

This will ask you to practice... but it won't ask you to be perfect.

You'll be learning how to notice your patterns, make different choices, and keep showing up for yourself even when things don't go the way you hoped.

It's all about learning about yourself. And that's where you grow!

What if I feel completely disconnected from my body?

Oh most of us do! The beautiful part of this work is that it meets you exactly where you're at, and deepens the connection with your body at your own pace.

What if I already know a lot about nutrition?

Then you're in the right place.

You may already know a lot about what to eat. But knowing nutrition and knowing how to listen to your body are two different skills.

Mastering Mindfulness™ helps you learn the language of your own body. Hunger. Fullness. Cravings. Emotions. Stress. Satisfaction. And what you actually need in the moments when knowing what you “should” do isn't enough.

You'll still grow your nutrition knowledge along the way, but this is about something deeper: learning how to use what you know while trusting yourself to guide the way.

Do I have to finish everything in 12 weeks?

Nope. The 12 weeks are there to give you a clear path to follow, but no deadlines that you have to stick to.

You can take it at your own pace that feels natural to you. If you need more time with a lesson or practice, take it. If life gets busy, come back when you can.

There’s no falling behind here. The goal isn’t to finish perfectly. It’s to let what you’re learning actually become part of your life.

You’ll have lifetime access to the entire Journey and all of the call recordings, so you can revisit lessons, practices, and conversations whenever you need them.

And when the 12 weeks are over, you can continue practicing on your own or, if you love having ongoing support, you’ll have the option to stay connected through monthly live coaching.

What can I realistically expect after 12 weeks?

Everyone’s journey will look a little different, but after 12 weeks, you’ll have something really valuable: a repeatable skill to connect with yourself.

You'll know how to pause, understand what’s happening within you, and decide how you want to care for yourself. You may notice food taking up less space in your mind, feel more connected to your hunger and fullness, understand your cravings differently, and feel steadier when life gets messy.

And no, you won't be “finished.” :) Our students say they love the lifelong journey of listening to their body.

One of the beautiful things about this work is that it keeps growing with you. The more you practice listening to, loving, and caring for your body, the deeper that relationship becomes.

Is this a diet or weight loss program?

Mastering Mindfulness™ isn't a diet or a weight loss program.

We believe in creating the conditions for your health to thrive by nourishing your body well, understanding what it needs, working with your cravings instead of fighting them, and building a way of caring for yourself that you can actually sustain.

Some people do lose weight as their relationship with food and the way they care for their bodies changes. Weight loss isn't the promise. A healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself is the work we're here to do.

What if I want to lose weight?

That's great too! We just take a more sustainable approach here.

So many weight-loss programs rely on restriction and rigid rules without addressing the deeper reasons we eat the way we do. And that's often what leaves people losing weight, regaining it, and starting all over again.

Mastering Mindfulness™ is intentionally designed to help you build a healthy lifestyle while also growing your self-trust with food, so the changes you're making are ones you can actually sustain.

Weight loss isn't something we can promise, but some of our students have found that this was the work that finally helped them see results without having to fight themselves to get there.

What if I struggle with emotional eating or strong cravings?

You’re absolutely in the right place. Cravings and emotional eating are a part of what we’ll explore together.

Rather than trying to control your cravings or make them go away, you'll begin getting curious about understanding them.

Little by little, you'll learn to meet those moments with more understanding, instead of feeling like you have to fight yourself through them.

YOU'RE READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

Your healthy life doesn't have to be held together by rules.

It can be built on trust.
